Hello, I'm Christie

I'm an instructional designer with a background in K12/higher education, curriculum design, SaaS customer education, and facilitating training. I'm passionate about creating approachable, equitable, and accessible learning. 

My strengths include: end-to-end design of asynchronous and synchronous courses and training programs, facilitating instructor-led training, curriculum development, creating train-the-trainer activities, and LMS administration. I'm skilled at managing multiple projects at once and developing education assets from start to finish: design, multimedia creation, LMS build, and facilitation.

✅ Designed and developed 3 customer academies end-to-end for an edtech SaaS product. 

✅ Designed curriculum aligning with internal and external quality standards, such as Quality Matters and OSCQR.

✅ Achieved a 68% completion rate and average NPS score of 78 in nationwide cohorts of edtech SaaS academy courses.

✅ Designed and facilitated a five-week online teaching certificate program for higher education faculty.
